I first spotted this phenomenon on May 9 two years ago, which gave birth to the phrase “_ is the new May 9.” That particularly prolific Thursday gave us Animal Well, Cryptmaster, Little Kitty, Big City, Crow Country, a Vampire Survivors DLC, and the first public hands-on for Hades 2, just to name a few. Well, August 6 is looking to take on the title of new May 9 because it is a wild time to be an indie fan.
