Annapurna Interactive is a weighty name in the indie game space. So, a showcase from the publisher is always sure to generate a ripple of excitement. This 2025 edition is even more notable owing to it being the first public event since the entire staff walked away from their positions at the company. Today’s presentation maintains Annapurna’s signature polish and highlights some of indie’s most anticipated titles of the year. However, it is noteworthy that the showcase focuses heavily on already-announced games and projects that had likely been in the works prior to last year’s tumultuous events — plus there’s no word on the team’s Blade Runner adaptation.
Taking the spotlight, games like Wanderstop, To A T, and Wheelword reveal fresh news and, in some cases, even some newly dropped demos in honor of Steam Next Fest. You can watch the full showcase here, but I’ve rounded up all the announcements below.

Wheel World Release Window
We don’t know the exact date, but eager fans can look to the warmer month for this game’s release, as the team revealed it’ll be coming in summer. It’s also got a demo out on Steam now.
“Dive into the single-player bicycle racing adventure Wheel World as Kat, a rider chosen by
ancient cycling spirits. Race elite teams, trick out your bike, and perform the long overdue Great Shift ritual to save a universe on the brink! Your bike is your destiny.”

Wonderstop New Platform
You already know I’m excited to get my hands on the hot tea of Wanderstop, but today’s show announced it’ll be even easier than before. Not only is there a PC demo available today, but the title is also coming to Xbox when it hits on March 11.
“Before jumping into Wanderstop‘s inviting world unguided, I was told it would take around an hour to hit the end of the preview. Ninety minutes later, I still haven’t reached the cutoff. Mostly, this is my fault for getting lost in things like keeping the grounds tidy, exploring all the shop’s curiosities, and spending time with my thoughts. And while there was still plenty of game to go, I sipped enough of the offered brew to wash away my main concern.”

Skin Deep Release Date
It’s been a while, but Skin Deep from Blendo Games has resurfaced with a launch date and a brand-new demo. Look forward to protecting the cargo at all costs on April 30.
Skin Deep is an immersive first-person shooter. We got sneezing. We got things getting stuck
in your feet. Stalk through a vast non-linear starship and sneak, subvert, and sabotage to survive in this
stellar sandbox. You’re outnumbered, outgunned, and have no shoes.

Cocoon Devs Working On New Project
And there’s not much more to the announcement. Though, we’re promised more details sometime in the future. This team proved its mettle with its first title, so I’m ready to wait as long as I need to in order to learn more.

Lushfoil Photography Sim Launch Day
Not only is the ultra-realistic title coming on April 15, but it is also hitting Xbox and PlayStation consoles.
“I feel the weight of my steps as the camera bobs slightly with my footfalls. It takes a noticeably realistic time to move over the terrain, which itself has not been made smooth for my gaming convenience. It’s clear from the outset, Lushfoil Photography Sim is about experiencing the world the way it is.” – Lushfoil Photography Sim Preview: Find The Cat

Faraway Dev Chats Game’s Inception
Steph Thirion steps into the spotlight to talk about his new star-studded project.
“[Faraway’s] gameplay balances meditation and strategy like a satisfying seesaw. Its audio and visual design are clean and absorbing. However, solo developer Steph Thirion made the mistake of telling me my performance, which would have stunned him only an hour ago, was now just second-best.” – Faraway Preview: Meditating Murder

To a T Singing Release
The game’s May 28 drop date may get a lot of folks buzzing, but the real reverberation comes from the hottest song of the year unleashed in the trailer. If you watch no other part of the showcase, it should be this segment featuring a giraffe and his absolute banger.
To a T is a 3D narrative adventure game developed by Keita Takahashi (Katamari Damancy)
and the uvula team, with a strong focus on character, interaction, story and exploration. Play as a teenager (Teen), with a unique posture just trying to live a normal life in a small coastal town. While going to school and contending with bullies, Teen discovers a new ability granted to them by their extraordinary posture, and they start to uncover more about their mysterious lineage.

Morsels Fresh Look
Come get another glimpse of Morsels’ bizarrely attractive world and its developers’ personalities while waiting for more specific info on its launch.
“Even though you have to make peace with the game’s dream-like flow, it communicates its objectives and controls with ease. Don’t worry about being confused about anything that matters. I made it to the end of my time without frustration and was, more often than not, tickled by what was passing over the screen. Morsels is going to be a fun one.” – Morsels Preview: Of Mice And Morsels

Sayonara Wild Hearts Rides Again
Closing out the show is the much-loved indie Sayonara Wild Hearts, which is shadow-dropping onto PlayStation 5 today. It has been enhanced for the platform and comes with an exclusive Remix Arcade mode.
Sayonara Wild Hearts is a dreamy arcade game about riding motorcycles, skateboarding,
dance battling, shooting lasers, wielding swords, and breaking hearts at 200 mph. Journey through a custom-written pop soundtrack, chase scores, and set out to find the harmony of the universe, hidden away in the hearts of Little Death and her star-crossed allies: Dancing Devils, Howling Moons, Stereo Lovers and Hermit 64.
