With heavy hitters like Dungeons of Hinterberg, Bō: Path Of The Teal Lotus, and Cluckolding from last week, along with looming releases just ahead in the form of Arranger: A Role-Puzzling Adventure, Été, The Star Named EOS, and more, the indie scene is awash with new releases. And while I’d warmly advise anyone to jump into these, I also want to make sure none of your options slip by unseen.

Veritus
Out today, developer Colorgrave offers players an old-school action RPG experience. It tasks you and the heroes to snake through the shaded halls of the shadow God’s castle.

Exophobia
Look at this game! Officially set to release tomorrow, the vibrant first-person shooter is an eye-catching ode to retro titles. The lovely pixel aesthetic contrasts with the ruplisvie-looking alien enemies.

Forgotten Mines
Waves of expendable adventurers test themselves against the deadly foes and puzzling terrain of the Forgotten Mines, all in the hopes of resurfacing laden with gold and glory. Most won’t get through one battle when the adventure begins July 23.

Magical Delicacy
I know I’ve covered this, and it’s the highest-scoring titles to come out of July 16, but I just want to see so much more love for this cooking Metroidvania. Its unique blend of genres and comforting atmosphere is well worth a taste!
