Welcome to This Week In Indies, a peek at the indie offerings on Console and PC you can look forward to playing in the following days. As always, you can always scope out our further-reaching 2024 release list to see what awaits in the impending weeks, months, and year.
This is it! We made it. We’ve arrived at one of the most exciting weeks of the gaming calendar. Summer Game Fest officially starts this Friday with the SGF live showcase at 2 pm PT, with a whole lot going on around Los Angeles through Monday. Of course, our Editor-In-Chief, Jill Grodt, will be there in person to cover all things indie at the event. As an extra special bonus, I will also be joining Jill at SGF! We’re excited to meet in person and cover the show as a united Indie Informer team for the first time ever.
I’m sure it goes without saying, but make sure to watch for our coverage on The Indie Informer. Expect impressions to show up starting next week, but those of you who are vigilant might spot us appearing on other streams and content with our friends from around the industry this weekend…
While this week is very much about the future of gaming, let’s refocus on the present. The following might not be the only releases you can get your hands on in the coming days, but for now, here are the indies you can look forward to playing this week:

Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game – PlayStation, Xbox, and PC
Developer: Illfonic, Teravision Games
June 4
