We’re a day late with TWII this week, thanks to President’s Day here in the States (thanks, Obama and all of the others), but we’ve still been plenty busy. Well, busy playing the poker roguelike Balatro, which launches today. If you haven’t heard of it, have no fear. Our fearless leader, Jill Grodt, has her review live on the site. Give it a read, and then try your hand at the poker table to see how high of a score you can rack up.
Looking further into the week, Nintendo is holding a Partner Direct tomorrow at 6 a.m. Pacific focused on third-party games coming to the Switch this year. You better believe we’ll be watching, so expect a rundown of the indies shown off on the showcase to arrive on The Indie Informer sometime after.
Other than that, nothing is set in stone, so while we await more gaming news in the coming days, here are the indies you can pick up this week:
